1What does responsible play mean?
Responsible play means gaming with intention — deciding in advance how long you'll play, how much you'll spend, and when you'll stop. It's not a restriction; it's a mindset. bitbaji wants every member to bring that mindset to the platform.
Gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. Keeping that in mind takes care of half of what responsible play is about. bitbaji never promises that you will win. Every game outcome is completely random.
Responsible gaming also means not playing in secret from family or friends, not chasing losses with bigger bets, and reaching out for help when gaming stops being fun and starts causing stress.
All responsible gaming tools at bitbaji are completely free to use and can be activated at any time.
2How our protection tools work
Setting a deposit limit
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while requests to increase a limit are applied after 24 hours — this is intentional, to prevent impulsive decisions in the heat of the moment.
Session Time Limit & Reality Check
After a set period, you'll receive an automatic break reminder. A pop-up will show how long you've been playing and your net result. This helps bring you back to reality.
Cooling-off period
Temporarily pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. You will not be able to log in during this period. Your account will be reactivated automatically once the period ends.
Self-Exclusion
You can exclude yourself from bitbaji for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Once exclusion is in effect, it cannot be ended early — not even through support. This is the strongest protection available.
3Warning signs of problem gambling
If any of the following is happening in your life, it's time to seek help:
Placing more bets to recover losses ("chasing losses").
You are hiding the truth about your gaming from family or friends.
You feel restless or anxious when you are not gaming.
You are neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities because of gaming.
You are gambling with borrowed money or dipping into your savings.
You want to stop but cannot.
You no longer find enjoyment in anything outside of gaming.
If any of the above applies to you, speak to our support team right away. We will help without any judgement.
4bitbaji's responsible gaming commitment
Bitbaji believes in responsible gaming — not just in words, but in action. We inform every new member about the responsible gaming tools available to them. Our support team is trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and provide the right assistance.
We never run advertisements or promotions that encourage problem gambling. Members who have activated self-exclusion will not receive any marketing communications.
Age Verification
Bitbaji strictly ensures that only users aged 18 and above can create an account. Proof of age may be requested at any time. Keeping minors away from gaming is our top priority.
Parents can use parental control software to keep their children away from gaming. bitbaji supports all efforts to protect families.
To activate or adjust any responsible gaming tool, message us in the support chat. We'll help you straight away.
5Our responsible gaming programme — progress so far
Bitbaji continues to make ongoing improvements in these areas
Self-assessment
Ask yourself these questions honestly.
Is gaming affecting your daily life?
Did you spend more than your budget last month?
Do you feel the urge to bet more after a loss?
Have you lied to your family about your gaming?
Do you feel restless or anxious when you're not gaming?
If you answer yes to even one, seek help. That's not weakness — it's self-awareness.
